Policies
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Customers who wish to return damaged or defective merchandise or incorrect merchandise must report problem within 7 DAYS of receiving the merchandise. In this occurs, we will pay return shipping.
 
RETURNS or EXCHANGES
If returning merchandise for reasons other than damage or defects, customer is responsible for the return shipping. This also applies to situations in which the customer ordered the wrong merchandise and Model Airplanes Pro delivered what was ordered.
 
REFUSALS of DELIVERY
Refusals will incur a 10% restocking fee plus returning shipping charges.
 
Warranty
• We guarantee our products free from manufacturers defects for 7 days from receipt of merchandise.
• Replacements will be made only upon inspection and approval of merchandise once returned.
 
AVAILABILITY
• Most items are available and will ship within 3 business days upon receipt of order.
       * Items on backorder may take 6 to 8 weeks to deliver (Some cases longer)
 
SHIPPING
       • UPS is our primary courier. UPS is able to provide door to door service, plus better protections against lost and damaged merchandise.
       • USPS Shipments are available but may be delayed one business day (Although insured, we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged merchandise using USPS.) Please contact USPS for lost or damaged orders and filing claims.
       • Only UPS Shipments will include ship notifications via e-mail.

       • FREE shipping and handling to all USA addresses.
 
Canada and Mexico
       • $15.00 per order.
       • If ordering multiple items contact us for a discounted shipping rate.
 
All other Countries
       • In many cases we are able to ship internationally, however, you MUST contact us first to
         request a shipping quote.
