What if I get something and it is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you receive damaged, defective merchandise or incorrect merchandise you must report the problem within 7 DAYS of receiving the merchandise. In these instances, we pay return shipping.
 
What if I order something and I cnange my mind?
You may return merchandise that has no damage or defects but you will be responsible for the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
 
How can I be sure my credit card information is secure?
Your credit card information is secure because we use Pay Pal, the safer, easier way to pay online. When you make a PayPal payment, you can use your credit card or bank account. Do you take international orders?
In many cases we are able to ship internationally, however, you MUST contact us first to request a shipping quote.
 
Can I send you a Personal check?
Yes you can, but all checks must clear the bank before a product will ship. This usually takes ten to fifteen business days. Or if you wish you can sign up with Pay Pal. They will deduct your payment directly from your checking account and we will ship normally.
